Although e-commerce has become a fact of daily life for nearly all of us, many companies are still struggling to come to terms with it. These strugglers are the target audience of this white paper. What we’ve tried to do in this white paper is to give a round-up of what is state-of-the-art in e-commerce anno 2018.
