High-quality digital newsletters are essential to Lidl's operations. Creating them takes time - and time is often what the Lidl CRM team find themselves lacking. Because The Reference has been supporting the digital marketing team for some time now, it was a logical step to extend that support with an On-site presence and provide additional expertise for the creation of their HTML e-mails.

Maintaining an existing website while simultaneously building a new one can be quite hectic. AG Insurance anticipated the potential chaos and asked The Reference for temporary support. It was my job to maintain and update their existing web pages while providing analysis to help AG Insurance create and expand their upcoming website.

I worked at Produpress as a Digital Marketing Consultant

As a digital marketing consultant for The Reference, I provided strategic and operational insight with regards to marketing automation - a completely new venture for ProduPress.

With the annual Motor Show quickly approaching, ProduPress was looking for strategic and operational support in order to guide anonymous car buyers through their customer journey. As an On-site consultant I implemented, tested and optimised ProduPress' new marketing flows. The goal was to identify as many potential buyers as possible before the start of the Motor Show. The imposed targets were met and my On-site assignment was already extended twice.

BEMAS was looking for a marketing and communications manager to take over the duties of someone who would be leaving the company shortly. After a first successful experience with the On-Site consultancy of The Reference, BEMAS asked The Reference On-Site to help recruit, train and coach this new profile. 

Since my start as the new marcom manager at BEMAS beginning of 2019, I can count on the support of a senior digital coach wo gave me the opportunity to take a quick start and immediately analyze all marketing and communication channels to work out a new approach.

In addition to taking over all ongoing marketing and communication assignments, I also drew the strategic picture: where are we now with digital marketing at BEMAS? And how can we take further steps in email, social etc. to take BEMAS to a higher level?
