  • Master's degree in Germanic languages with additional training as a scrum product owner, strategic selling (Penta training), marketing for non-experts (Vlerick)
  • 10 years experience as a strategic account manager and in consultative selling of web solutions (online channels with optimized customer journeys and personalization)
  • 3 years experiences as a digital strategist
  • Experienced in setting up and supervising strategic discovery projects voor large SME's and multinational companies in various sectors (insurance, education, industry, real estate, …).
  • Creating a long-term vision and translate it into a tangible digital roadmap in accordance with the aspirations and the market position of the organization in question
  • Collaborate on C-level and board level for setting up digital integration programs emphasizing sustainable growth
  • Monitoring the business objectives during the implementation of the digital strategy (product ownership)
  • Communicative, analytical, keeps helicopterview
  • Dutch with an excellent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French
