The Reference helps Vivaldis revive its digital environment

In the last few years, the job market has been evolving rapidly. With the (re-)launch of online platforms, apps and the launch of Google job search, it was important for interim company Vivaldis to stay on top of this quickly evolving market. By collaborating with their full-service digital agency The Reference, they have drawn out a future proof digital vision. A mobile first approach for both customers and companies was the way to go.

Vivaldis Interim knew it had to catch-up on its backlog in the digital age. However, the ambitious company did more than just that. It decided to be innovative and to focus on user experience by implementing digital tools, resulting in an improved inflow of vacancies & customer service and an increase in customers and agency workers. Another goal was to optimize the inflow of consultants and putting team spirit and young entrepreneurs in the spotlight.

The answer for Vivaldis Interim lies in digitalization and personalization. Everything is digitalized, from signing contracts to online bids and the integration of a proposal portal into the Vivaldis portal. Nevertheless, they stay humane through their employees and customers.

 As Vivaldis Interim uses many different programs such as Connexys, a tool for consultants to improve communication with clients & candidates and to create index cards, it was a challenging job to connect the website with all these programs. Fortunately, one thing The Reference can perfectly handle, are barriers.

Umbraco was chosen as a highly customizable and flexible solution for content management. The platform is a leading Danish open source CMS, based on Microsoft .NET technology and hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

Increasing efficiency through marketing automation

An important part of this vision was the implementation of Marketing Automation processes that would let Vivaldis’ consultants focus more on their main tasks, which is matching and motivating. Automation should increase the efficiency of these consultants and reduce the time spend on secondary tasks, like administrative communication. Equally important was the objective to increase acquisition of new talent. Together with The Reference, they have implemented a cross-channel automation flow in Selligent that updates the prospects’ availability within the back office system. Better identifying the prospects that are open for a new opportunity, would avoid unnecessary calls making this workflow more efficient.
