Job

  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process; content of the vacancy text, search of and communication with candidates, determining the best process, conducting selection interviews, and providing feedback of all this to the business.
  • You maintain the talent pipeline and you steadily build a relevant network. You actively focus on the direct search of potential candidates.
  • With every question for a new hire, you look at the needs of the organization in a smart way and you consult with the hiring manager.
  • Together with your marketing colleagues you contribute to authentic and targeted employer branding campaigns.
  • You further shape our onboarding process and ensure that new colleagues feel welcome and at home.
  • You conduct follow up and exit conversations and provide the necessary feedback to the business.
  • You are responsible for training & development within The Reference and ensure that each Reffer can develop optimally.
  • You report to the HR Manager.

Profile

  • You have obtained a higher education in an Economic or HR/Social direction.
  • You have a first experience in recruitment and a strong affinity with Soft HR processes.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and like to let things move forward. You think in solutions, and you like a challenge.
  • You work discreetly and have a strong work ethic in everything you do.
  • You can get the best out of people and are focused on collaboration. You like the interaction with other departments and managers.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and can express yourself fluently in English, both written and oral.
