Profile

- You have several years of experience in a digital marketing or Business Intelligence position with a proven track record of successful projects.

- You have a strategic mindset and you're able to translate business objectives into tailor made data strategies.

- You have experience with digital analytics, data measurement and data visualization.

- You have experience with one or more data solutions such as: ETL-solutions, data warehouse, Customer Data Platform, data visualization or any other data solution.

- You have a strong interest in new (marketing) technologies and digital innovation.

- You have good communication skills and you are not afraid to present digital strategies and roadmaps in an understandable way to the board level.

- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Job

- You work with A-level brands and companies both in a B2B and B2C context, divided over multiple verticals.

- You translate the client’s business goals into a data strategy and will present your pragmatic approach and recommendations to different stakeholders.

- You will take the lead in workshops where you determine new use cases and priorities in collaboration with the client and your colleagues.

- You work closely together with the other teams at The Reference (data consultants, solution architects, sales, developers, …) but often also with our colleagues in Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Geneva in order to achieve a 360° integrated approach.
