As a Facility & Fleet coordinator,

You are responsible for all facility matters in our offices in Ghent and Antwerp.

  • You are the first point of contact for everything concerning the building
  • You optimize the working conditions for all employees in both offices (light, air, temperature, acoustics, noise, etc.)
  • You promote the well-being of all employees through various initiatives (stress policy, fire prevention plan, ergonomics, etc.)

You are responsible for the daily follow up & administration of the fleet (company cars and ‘Lease a Bike’):

  • Placing orders with the leasing company and assisting employees in choosing a car and/or other form of mobility
  • Managing fuel cards (ordering, distribution...)
  • Updating fleet data in the IT systems
  • Negotiating conventions and contracts if necessary
  • Monitoring of fines and other administrative support
  • Answering employees' questions about their company car and/or mobility

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent through experience
  • You gained an initial experience during an internship or in your first job
  • You are extremely accurate, well structured and a problem solver
  • You have strong communication skills and you are a good listener. Your answers to employees’ questions are clear and reasoned
  • You will be dealing with confidential data, so discretion and reliability are must-haves
  • You have excellent knowledge of the familiar Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
