In recent years, Luminus has evolved from a commodity supplier of gas and electricity towards a full-fletched energy partner offering maintenance, solar panel installations as well as a complete range of innovative energy-efficiency solutions for both retail and b-to-be customers.
Luminus sells electricity, natural and energy services to approximately 2 million private and business customers. As digitization has become extremely important, Luminus has called on The Reference to shift the design and user experience of the website completely and simplify the website drastically in order to be able to offer a flawless and very user-friendly online experience. The main goal was to make relevant content available right from the start, thus facilitating a premium user experience. For the rebuild of the Luminus website, Sitecore 8.2 was used and entailed an integration with Salesforce.
