The full responsive website will ensure an excellent experience irrespective of the device (desktop/laptop, tablet or smartphone) that a customer uses when contacting Carglass® to schedule a repair. The new website is to be hosted on Microsoft Azure with managed services and 24/7 support from The Reference. Finally, this project will also involve extensive work on in-depth Google Analytics integration and dashboards to constantly monitor and further optimise the effectiveness of the web pages.
