Collect&Go is an online grocery shopping platform that allows you to order products from both the Colruyt Laagste Prijzen/Meilleurs Prix and Bio-Planet supermarkets. The order can be picked up at a specified time at the pick-up point of choice.

Collect&Go offers efficiency and flexibility through an online grocery shopping app that lets users place orders on the go. They can change their order up until one day before pickup and get inspired by a variety of recipes of which they can add the ingredients to their shopping carts through just one tap.

An inspiring shopping experience

Through a mobile application for Android and iOS, we’ve enabled Collect&Go to offer the same shopping capabilities and features as its desktop counterpart. We managed to translate the Collect&Go branding into an intuitive mobile user experience.

We have integrated it with Colruyt Group’s Xtra initiative: a single sign-on account that ties all businesses within the group. Through the extensive integration of an analytics platform, the Collect&Go-team can measure the success of the application and optimize its conversion rate based on reliable data.

Since its launch in 2011, we have been improving on the initial release with regular updates and upgrades. Over the years, we have introduced features like order changes up to one day before pickup, quick promotional overviews for order quantities, and a mobile home screen widget. To inspire the Collect&Go customers, we have integrated a feature that allows them to browse interesting recipes and add ingredients to their shopping carts with one simple tap.
