Collect&Go is an online grocery shopping platform. It allows you to order products from both the Colruyt Laagste Prijzen/Meilleurs Prix and BioPlanet supermarkets. The order can be picked up at a specified time at the pick-up point of choice.

Offer the Collect&Go customer a user-friendly mobile shopping experience

The goal of Collect&Go is to provide customers with more flexibility in their busy schedules. As mobile platforms gained in popularity, it was crucial to offer the same flawless shopping experience via tablet and smartphone as customers were used to on desktop.

A flawless mobile shopping experience

Through a mobile application for Android and iOS, we’ve enabled Collect&Go to offer the same shopping capabilities as its desktop counterpart. We managed to translate the Collect&Go branding into an intuitive mobile user experience.

We integrated it with the Xtra loyalty program: a single sign-on initiative by Colruyt Group that ties all businesses within the group. Thanks to a Google Tag Manager integration, Collect&Go is able to measure the success of the application and optimize its conversion rate based on reliable data.

Since its launch in 2011, we have been improving on the initial release with regular updates and upgrades, introducing new features along the way.
