We supported Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® in terms of branding, design and web development to help them reach a wider target audience. With the company’s customer groups in mind, we built a new website that puts the user’s needs first. To make this project a great success, we started off with a strategy track.
About the project
A thorough discovery phase - in which we talked to all relevant parties within the company, as well as the company’s customers - gave us a good overview of the needs this website needed to fulfill. This offered us a solid basis to draw wireframes and create a robust information architecture that would form the foundations of this website.
With the needs of the FOAMGLAS® business and its stakeholders in mind, we developed a digital brand book, including a new logo. With this in hand, we were able to design a website that gives the brand a modernized, premium and future-proof look and feel, allowing the company to attract a wider target audience.
In building the new FOAMGLAS® website in Sitecore, the user experience (UX) was geared towards helping potential customers first. The robust information architecture helped us bringing this outside-in approach to life, servicing project developers, architects and engineers alike with an intuitive solutions wizard. From now on, the solutions and services Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® offers are the answer to the website visitor’s questions.
By integrating the new FOAMGLAS® website with the existing internal systems, we eased usability and optimized workflows for various stakeholders. Additionally, we supported FOAMGLAS® business with a comprehensive content strategy and implemented new website content with the help of one of our On-Site consultants.
