The app uses the freemium model: runners can choose free practice sessions, try a first free session from a running schedule or 'unlock' (via 'InApp purchase') a complete running schedule. Moreover, runners will earn points when completing sessions. With these points they can get discounts on new running schedules. You can download the app free of charge on both iOS and Android devices. The basic version already contains the main training schedules. These schemes are continuously expanded, so that the user can always receive the best possible individual support.
