Philip Achten, Customer Service Director of The Reference and responsible for the team that has built the websites, was present at the ceremony in Rotterdam. "Although the deadline for the sites was very strict, to say the least, we have succeeded in a very short time to integrate Sitecore in such a way that the wish list of the FIVB was even exceeded," he says. "An additional technical challenge was the varied peak load that we were expecting, but everything went very smoothly during the tournament. Our extensive experience in this matter helped us a lot, in this specificly demanding case".
The FIVB - based in Switzerland - could count on the close collaboration of The Reference with its sister company Emakina.CH. The success of these projects, thus, once again, shows the international competitiveness of Emakina Group.
Business Transformation Award for OZ, the independent health insurance company
Since 2011 OZ has made 'digital' a strategic priority in the continuous improvement of the service to its customers. The website was the first result of the cooperation with The Reference and the tangible beginning of the digital transformation of OZ. This year, the collaboration was partly characterized by an extensive and methodical digital change process, the Business Optimization Track, and the Sitecore jury found this remarkable enough to reward it with one of the awards of the evening.
"We have profoundly optimized the self-service platform "My OZ", the central hub for our online services, and this in terms of customer experience and personalization," says Sophie Meert Responsible for E-business within OZ. "With the full integration within OZ, the different OZ business units use the platform to offer additional services, to monitor service levels and to continuously improve."
